Subject: Notice of Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP) Fiscal Year 2026 Rates Decrease

Dear Customers,

The San Jacinto River Authority (SJRA) Board of Directors has approved a reduction in the Pumpage Fee, effective February 1, 2026, for participants of the Groundwater Reduction Plan (GRP). 

As a result, customers of Westwood North Water Supply Corporation will see this rate decrease reflected on their March invoices, which will cover the billing cycle from January 21, 2026, through February 20, 2026. 

• Current SJRA Rate: $2.67 per 1,000 gallons
•  New SJRA Rate: $2.56 per 1,000 gallons

We are pleased to pass this cost reduction on to our customers and will continue to keep you informed of any further changes.
