2026 Annual Election Notice

February 9, 2026

Beginning February 9, 2026, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:45 p.m., individuals interested in requesting that an item be placed on the agenda for the Annual Meeting and/or running for the Board of Directors of Westwood North Water Supply Corporation may obtain the appropriate form or application at 6310 Weisinger Drive, Magnolia, TX 77354.

Two director positions are available in this election, each serving a three-year term. Director positions are unpaid, and directors volunteer their time to help guide the direction of the corporation.

To qualify, candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the start of the term, be a member of the corporation, and must not have been declared mentally incapacitated by a probate court or convicted of a felony.

The deadline to submit a director’s application or agenda item request is 4:45 p.m. on the 45th day before the election.

Forms may be obtained in person, by mail, or electronically upon request. The Annual Meeting and Director Election are scheduled for April 25, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.
