Effective Date of Change: SEPTEMBER 1, 2024

Date: August 1, 2024

To: All customers of Westwood North Water Supply Corporation

From: Westwood North Water Supply Corporation (“The Corporation”)

The Corporation is a participant in a Groundwater Reduction Plan entered into between the San Jacinto River Authority (“SJRA”) and groundwater producers in Montgomery County to reduce production of groundwater in the county.

For more information regarding the GRP, please go to the SJRA Website: http://www.sanjacintoriverauthority.com/grp.

Pumpage / Import Fee to be charged each Participant is $2.67 / 1,000 gallons. Westwood North WSC’s rate will be set at $2.72 / 1,000 gallons when adjusted for line loss. (Ref. Tariff Section G. 21. San Jacinto River Authority Fee)

New Rate SJRA:                    $2.72 per 1,000-gallon increments

As the Corporation bills a month in arears, this change will go into effect on the October 1st 2024 billing statements for the usage period 8/20/24 – 9/20/24.
